Taxi-Bus User Journey Survey 2024
Overview
Thank you taking the time to complete this survey as part of the Scottish Borders Bus Network Review. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
This survey is part of a wider engagement activity to gain a deeper understanding of why people use the taxi-bus service and any benefits it provides. Taxi-bus services provide demand-responsive public transport links to areas where conventional bus service are not available. As the service is 'on-demand' they only operate when they have been booked in advance.
This work is being overseen by Scottish Borders Council and delivered by TAS, a transport consultancy.
In accordance with GDPR, the contents of this survey will be anonymous.
Any summary survey content, or direct quotations from the survey, that are made available through project reports will be anonymous so that you cannot be identified, and care will be taken to ensure that any information provided that could identify you, is not revealed.
Several in-person interviews will also be taking place onboard selected taxi-bus services. If you have already participated in an interview with a researcher, there is no need to repeat the survey by completing this online version.
