Overview

Scottish Borders Council Financial Inclusion Team is a dedicated service that offers expert advice and support on welfare benefits and financial matters to residents across the region.  They are accredited through the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.

The team supports individuals with a wide range of issues, offering expert guidance or signposting tailored to their needs.

We are currently seeking feedback from both individuals and groups who have used the service and those who may not yet be aware of it. Your insights will help us enhance the service and ensure it continues to meet the needs of our community effectively.
