Sport, leisure and cultural services and facilities consultation
Contents
Questions in this survey are set out in sections. Please answer all questions labelled as required in the first three sections: 'About you' and 'Your use of services' and 'Your views on the future'. The responses you give here will help in the analysis of responses to the survey.
After the first three sections questions are set out by town and venue. You can respond to questions relating to as many, or as few, venues as you wish. Please note, not all Live Borders venues are listed. This consultation is focused on those services and facilities that independent consultants have identified where changes could deliver service delivery and/or financial benefits.
When you have answered all the questions you wish to, select the 'finish' button. You will then be able to submit your responses. If the 'finish' button has not appeared you have missed some of the required questions in the first three sections of the survey. Once these have been completed you will be able to submit your response.
You can save your response at any time. You will be asked for an email address to which a code will be sent for you to use to return and complete the survey. The email address will not be shared with Scottish Borders Council.
