The Housing Needs of Wheelchair Users

Overview

We would like to invite you to participate in this important research project we are conducting, by completing this survey. Your views are important to us and the study will help to improve the lives of people, across the Scottish Borders, who require wheelchair accessible homes . 

The survey is mainly about people who use a wheelchair but you may want to complete it if you have a severe mobility issue or disability that affects your ability to get around.

If you are filling it in on behalf of someone else, please ensure the questions are answered about them and give their views.

If you complete the survey you can choose to be entered into our prize draw to win one of four £25 supermarket vouchers of your choice. Just provide your contact details at the end of the survey.

The survey should take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete, however you can save your progress and return to it later.
