Health and Social Care - Community Feedback 2022
Overview
As the country moves into a new phase of living with COVID, the Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership (H&SCP) recognises the need to redesign and transform services to ensure that they are sustainable and affordable. The pandemic has resulted in more people being unwell and a significant backlog of people waiting for diagnosis or treatment. We also know that costs of living and providing services have increased and this will impact on everyone in our communities and on the costs of providing services. The Scottish Borders H&SCP recognises the need to work differently and find new and innovative ways of working in order to help keep people well.
National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) are working on behalf of the Scottish Borders H&SCP to collect and capture the views and ideas of people living in the Scottish Borders about the future delivery of health and social care.
We would like to hear the views of as many people as possible living in the Scottish Borders. Please help us to do this by completing this short survey. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The survey is completely anonymous, we will not ask for your name, address or any contact details. The information collected through this survey will be shared with NDTi.
The findings from this survey will be used to produce a ‘Feedback from our Communities Report’ to inform the Strategic Plan 2023-2026. The report will not contain any identifiable material and any quotes used in the report will be anonymous.
By clicking 'Online Survey' below, you are agreeing to the information you provide being used for this purpose. Once you finish the survey and click ‘submit’ you cannot withdraw your answers because we will not be able to tell which answers are yours.
