Your comments will be considered by the Asset Transfer Officer Group when deciding whether to agree or decline the request. The deadline for making this decision is 21 March 2023.


An asset transfer request has been made to Scottish Borders Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

The request has been made by West Linton Village Centre Trust and relates to West Linton Village Centre, West Linton EH46 7ED.

The request and accompanying documents are available for public consultation.
