Z - Closed - Carers: Living Well in the Scottish Borders 2019-22 Consultation

Closed 18 Feb 2019

Opened 26 Nov 2018

We would like your comments on the draft plan for carers for the period 2019-22. It is called Carers: Living Well in the Scottish Borders 2019-22. This plan is mainly for adult carers, and a plan is also being prepared outlining aims and actions specifically to support Young Carers.

It aims to support the health and wellbeing of carers and to help make caring more sustainable for carers in the Scottish Borders. It builds on work that has been achieved by previous strategies such as Caring Together 2018/19, which we received useful feedback on during our consultation earlier this year. The plan has been written in partnership between Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership, Borders Carers Centre, Borders Care Voice and the Borders Carers Advisory Board.
